Welcome to EXPLRER. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EXPLRER website, services, and membership program (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using EXPLRER, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview of EXPLRER
EXPLRER is a travel membership program that allows members to earn and use travel credits toward hotel stays at participating partner properties. EXPLRER is not a timeshare, does not convey any ownership interest in real property, and does not guarantee availability at any specific hotel or destination.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By joining, you represent that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
3. Membership & Accounts

Memberships are offered on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.

EXPLRER reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Founding Member Deposit & Fees

EXPLRER may offer a one-time initiation or founding member deposit.

This deposit is applied toward travel credits or membership benefits as described at the time of purchase.

Membership fees, deposits, and pricing are subject to change for future members. Founding members may receive pricing protections as disclosed at signup.
5. Travel Credits

Credits are issued monthly based on your membership plan.

Credits may roll over for up to 12 months, provided your membership remains active.

Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

If your membership is canceled, unused credits will no longer be accessible.
EXPLRER reserves the right to place reasonable limits on credit balances to ensure fair access for all members.
6. Booking & Availability

Credits may be used only at participating partner hotels.

Availability varies by hotel, dates, and demand.

EXPLRER does not guarantee availability at any specific property or time.

Booking windows may be limited and are subject to change.

Members may book multiple rooms or stays provided sufficient credits are available and subject to hotel policies.
7. Pricing, Taxes & Fees

Credits typically apply to the nightly room rate.

Taxes and certain fees (including resort, destination, or local government fees) may be charged separately unless otherwise stated.

All pricing details will be clearly disclosed prior to booking.
8. Cancellations & Changes

Memberships may be upgraded, downgraded, or canceled at any time.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Individual hotel bookings are subject to each hotel’s cancellation policy, which will be disclosed at booking.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:

Abuse booking systems or attempt to manipulate availability

Resell, transfer, or misuse credits

Use EXPLRER for commercial or group booking purposes without authorization

Violate any applicable laws or hotel policies
10. No Guarantees or Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
EXPLRER makes no guarantees regarding pricing, availability, or uninterrupted service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EXPLRER shall not be liable for:

Travel disruptions

Hotel service issues

Lost credits due to account termination

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
12. Changes to the Services or Terms
EXPLRER may modify these Terms or the Services at any time. Updates will be posted on the website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Termination
EXPLRER reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
