1. Initiation / Founding Member Fee
EXPLRER may charge a one-time initiation or founding member fee at the time of signup.

Initiation fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Once founding member benefits are granted, the initiation fee cannot be refunded.
2. Membership Fees
EXPLRER memberships are billed on a month-to-month basis.

Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.

You may cancel your membership at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

No future charges will be applied after cancellation.
3. Travel Credits

Travel credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.

Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If your membership is canceled, unused credits will no longer be accessible.
4. Hotel Bookings
Hotel bookings made using EXPLRER credits are subject to the individual hotel’s cancellation and refund policies, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.

EXPLRER is not responsible for refunds related to hotel stays canceled outside of a hotel’s allowed cancellation window.

Taxes, fees, or third-party charges may be governed by the hotel’s own policies.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds outside of this policy may be considered only at EXPLRER’s sole discretion in rare or exceptional circumstances, such as billing errors or duplicate charges.
